'02 to '03 date compatibility

I think that I am having a problem with compatibility
between MS Project 2002 and 2003. Whenever I sent an item
in '02 to '03, when the '03 user opens it....some pf the
dates have changed. How do I solve this?

They should not change. Potentially you may have a different calendar set on
the different machines.
Can you determine which dates change and how much they change?

To figure it out I'd do this. Create a file. Save a baseline of it (tools
menu/tracking) then give it to the other user. Have them open the file then
go to view menu / tracking view and see which tasks are different from the
baseline. This should help you figure out where the changes are.
