03 Office email and fax duplicates

Both Email and Fax numbers are showing up in the email "To-select names" from the contacts.
When I go to send an email every contact shows up twice!
When I deleted the second one the fax # in the contact deleted.
Help!

Marcus:

In Outlook each contact email or fax number is viewed as a unique address
entry. So when opening the Address book you will see each possible address
for that contact. Of course the Address book also displays the actual
address so you can pick between emails and fax entries. AFAIK, there is no
method to filter the address book to only show email addresses when it is
displayed.
