07 Auto linking of emails does not work.

Upgraded from Office 03 pro BCM to Office Enterprice 07 BCM...

Email autolinking simply does not work. Period. I have done everything the
instructions say to do, and nothing. Email auto linking stop working in
version 03 about May of 06 on some accounts, but does work on other accounts
(even in 07).

I am not sure, but it seems one of the reasons is when you change a business
contact's email, it stops working. But others have never changed their email.

Can anybody tell me what to do? Is there a step by step process to resolve
the situation?

This is a problem I've experienced as well with BCM 2003. Our company
changed everyone's email addresses and the BCM record updated itself from the
Global Directory. However, emails won't link to newly created Business
Contacts either...



Records no longer link to Business Contacts.

Any ideas why or how to fix? I'm tempted to reinstall. Thanks!
