Instruction at 0x0f4b7180 refererenced

I get the following error msg " Instruction at 0x0f4b7180 referenced memory
at 0x0f4b7180. The memory could not be read Click ok to terminate or cancel
to debug" The numbers are some times differnt, bu the msg is the same. This
seems to occur in Outlook at random. Can anyone help with this???
