0x8004010F Address Book Error

I an setting up some new laptops with Outlook 2003. We
have an Exchange 5.5 server on an NT box. When I try to
download the offline address book, I receive the
following error:

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error
(0x8004010F): 'The operation failed. An object could not
be found'

This looks to be the problem on all me laptops with
Outlook 2003.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
