Please help with any insight please.
13 users in environment all have email from same domain. 2 users suddenly
stop working Wednesday with 0x80040900 error on receiving email. Accounts
were
functional yesterday. (as of Today - Thursday 2 more accounts are no longer
functional and doing the same things.)
Error reads that the server name entered can not be found on the network (it
might be down temporarily) Please verify that you are online adn that the
server name is correct. THis is a pop account and all accounts are viable
thru webaccess, but due to HIPAA regulations the business does notant to use
internet email!!!!
Inernet access is availalbe and email can be accessed via webmail. Account
was deleted as well as profile and recreated. Oulook does not open in safe
mode. All temp files deleted. scanpst was ran and found a few erorrs,
repaired and made no difference, deleted sent messages, filed all inbox
messages, no one has same messages, but all have same error. IS THIS A
MICROSOFT UPDATE THAT IS DOING THIS???? I hope the rest of the businees is
not taken down - this must be fixed, please any isnight is muvh appreciated!
