0x80042108 Error Messages

Hi,
1. I can receive mails but cannot send. sometimes it writes me that it
recognize the server but cannot connect, now it wrote me:
Task 'Ori@Smart - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook is
unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP).'

2. Each time i open my outlook, on the right low corner it write "Sending 1
out of..."
and each time i open again the "out of..." is one more... (without having
anything on the outbox, draft or elsewhere...) its just trying and than
giving the error message.

I re-installed, detect and rapair everything...

Any idea?
