0x800A13E9 errors opening Word document

We have a site that has opened more than 2 million documents in the past.
Starting last week we started getting 0x800A13E9 errors when the software is
running as a service on Windows 2003. The service runs as a Windows user and
not a special account like Local System.

If the software is run from the command line, and the same Windows user
logged in, Word opens the document with no problems.

The server has all the latest OS and Office service packs.

We are using Word to open the Word document.

An 0x800A13E9 error is an "insufficient memory" error. In Word, these are
rarely caused by anything as mundane & obvious as insufficient memory. They
are usually caused by some configuration problem or other.

By the way, I hope you do realise that Word isn't designed or licensed for
unattended server-side operation.

Ошибка добавления нового документа unknown error 0x800a13e9 именно на сетевых комплектах по сети, на сервере добавляет.
( Например программа с базами из нее выделяю текст, копирую в word Вот такая ошибка.
