1 document, 2 different footers

Section breaks it is. Insert>Break>Next Page following
your text on page 2. By defualt, the section 1 header and
footer will carry over to section 2. In the footer toggle
off "same as previous." Edit the text in section 2 footer
to meet your requirements.
