1 main report or 1 report with 3 sub reports

I've been requested to design a "Job Starts & Completions" report for a home
window installation company. Request:
Find every rrecord that has a START DATE within a specified period and
market and give me a sum of the # of records, # of windows, # of job $, and
balance due. Next line down, repeat for those same records that also have a
COMPLETION DATE in that same period. Next line down, repeat for all records
with a COMPLETION DATE only in same period.
Should I design 3 reports and use them as sub reports in the main report?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
