1 mobile exchange users and 2nd calendar

hello guys

Here is the setup
I have 1 exchange account with companyA. I sync my calendar,contact,email to company A via Exchange 2003 mobile features with pocketP
I also have a laptop to companyA and sync my PocketPc's tasks and notes via the cradle
That's all working fine
I also work for a 2nd companyB, with an exchange account accessed from a desktop

My need is simple: I'd like to have the 2 calendars from my exchange account in companyA and B to be merged so on my PocketPC I can see appointements for both companies

How can I do this
