1 month spanning 2 pages?

I'd like to create a blank calendar that spans two portrait oriented pages
(to put into a 3-ring binder).
I can find the two page master.
I can find the insert calendar object
But, I can't figure out how to split the month so that when I punch holes in
the paper, Wednesday won't be ruined.
