1 user can't access Port Analyzer

Hello
I have encountered a fairly strange issue that I can't seem to resolve. We
have 8-10 project managers all setup with the same permissions/groups within
PWA, however one user can't get into Portfolio Analyzer for some reason.
When trying to access PA, it takes a long time to load and eventually says
that the cube is either unavailable or that they don't have the proper
permissions to access it. The odd part is that the permissions are set
exactly the same as all the other PM's who can access PA successfully. I
also tried setting PA access globally for this user but that didn't work
either. The other oddity is when I change his account to use Project Server
authentication instead of Windows Auth and login as him, I can access PA
without any problems.

At this point, I'm stumped as to if this is an AD issue or if it's a wierd
permission issue within EPM. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
Adam

Hi Adam

add this user to "OLAP administrators" securtiy group

this action should grant access to OLAP cubes

Good luck

He actually already has the appropriate group(s) assigned to him to be able
to access OLAP. I've also tried forcing the permission at a global level for
just this user and this also didn't work. Given that I can login in with him
using project server auth and can access PA, I don't think it's a permission
issue.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
Adam~
