1 user can't see changes in an access file stored on network

Have an XP user and a Win98 user who use an Access file
that is saved on the network which has Windows 2000
Server. Each user can make changes in file and then can
save & view their changes but not see what changes the
other person does. I can't make since of this!!!

It sounds as though they are not looking at the same data tables. An excellent
source of information on splitting your database to (properly) allow the sharing
of data using Access is the following page at Tony Toews' web site (this page
