MS Server 2003 issues

Existing installation of 10 2003 Prof's. Want to add Server.

Also:
2) Is MS Project File locked or Record locked?

3) In scenario: several projects consolidated. One user to access one sub
file, with those edits to rollup to consolidated file, other users to access
master file, with edits to roll down to sub files. Problems? Suggestions?

4) How to install/configure 2003 server for this network use of MS Project?

Thanks!

MS Project File/record locking?

Thanks for the first comment about compatibility. Other questions in same
request (reworded):

Can I load the MS Project 2003 Prof. master file on the server and provide
access to that file to network users? Is MS Project 2003 desktop File-locked
or Record-locked?

How to install/configure 2003 server for this network use of MS Project?
Best resource for reviewing this process? (Without taking a class...)
