10.1.2 Updater Error Message

Hi,
Got a new G5 computer and installed Office X on it. I then loaded SP1 and
10.1.1 and they went fine. Now when I go to run 10.1.2 I get the following
error message: 11002:2-15 and then it bombs out. Any ideas on what could be
causing this error.

P.S- Anti-virus software has been disabled and also tried it out in safe
mode.
