One of my user has a problem with Outlook 2002, it will start using 100% cpu
after about an hour of being opened and then just locks up the entire PC.
We have tried a new PST file but that makes no differences, we are not using
exchange as our e-mail server, office and the pst are installed on the
local machine.
If the user starts Outlook from the cli in safe mode it will work ok, there
are no third party utilities installed (and never have been).
The PC is running XP Pro, all upto date and XP office has all the
updates\service pack etc.
Any suggestions
