%100 in Project 2003 and 0% complete in PWA

When tasks are updated w/ (for example) 100% completes in Project 2003 and
"published" I can understand why the same tasks in Project Web Access show
the tasks as 0% complete. My guess is that the update from the Resource
Manager (responsible to complete the task) in PWA is used to compare for
accuracy (maybe the task didn't get done). But when I look at old tasks in
PWA that were NEVER updated using PWA they eventally show as 100% complete to
match the M.S. Project 2003 schedule. Does anyone know the timetable for
when PWA uses the % complete in M.S. Project to update the PWA % complete
column?

Where in PWA? Project Center or detailed Project views? Or in the
timesheet on the View my tasks page?

Whenever the PM receives, approves, and processes task updates into the
Microsoft Project plan, he/she should also click Collaborate - Publish - All
Information to "push" the latest schedule changes to every area of PWA. Is
this your current process?
