100% reinstall of Vista Ultimate and Office Pro 2007-Save before and Restore after Outlook folders

I'm preparing for a 100% fresh re-install of Vista Ultimate and MS Office Pro 2007. Having zero faith in the FAST and other such offerings from MS, I desire to save my MS Outlook settings and folders and then restore them after the total reinstall operation.

If I've posted in the wrong newsgroup, please inform me.
