100% tasks complete still displayed on Resource's Web Access

hi :)

how do i remove (i.e. HIDE!) the tasks that are 100% complete from my
resource's web access? I would not want to ask them to hide it everytime.

I tried publishing the entire project but still wont work.

Any ideas???????

PS. Bear with me. I'm a newbie to MS-Project 2002 (barely a month to be exact)

You can do one of two things:

1. Teach your team members to select the completed tasks and click the Hide
button
2. Ask your project server administrator to delete completed tasks by
clicking Admin - Clean Up Project Server Database in PWA

Some others in the newsgroups have written a SQL Server script to automate
the procedure, so I will invite them to submit the script for you. Hope
this helps.
