11 by 14 printing

How do I reset defaults to print 11 by 14 photos out of Publisher 2003. I t
will always print 8 1/2 by 11, no matter what I, and others, do. Also how
to save photos as a jpg file without having to scroll to find jpg each and
avery time? Much easier if I could just print out of Publisher 2003 as a 11
by 14!!!!! Speed is of the essence, I am at race tracks (auto) and nbeed to
move quickly in order to sell, same day sometimes.

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft's business diagramming
package - Visio.

It depends on what size paer your printer will handle. Most will handle 8.5
inch wide paper, 8.5x11 (letter) or 8.5x14 (legal). The next common size
larger would be 11x17 (tabloid), but only certain printers will handle that
size. To print 11x14, you would need a printer that can handle 11 inch wide
paper.
