#11 envelope template

I am trying to find the above envelope template. I have seen #10 but I need
to mail a #10 in an #11. I'm Using Word 2003.
Please help if you can in locating this template..

(I would probably just use labels in that case but..........) I have Word
2007 and I can either use the options button to select a #11 envelope or I
can create a custom size. Have you checked all of the possible settings?
It's possible that new to 2007 but I would imagine that it's there in 2003.
