12.0 Object Library Automatically inserted in 2003 VBA

Hi folks,

I have created spreadsheets with a lot of VBA coding in Excel 2003. I am
using the 10.0 object library reference. When the file is openned with 2007,
the 12.0 object library is automatically referenced. It then works fine on a
2007 machine, but throws an error when it is openned with a machine running
2003 because of the 12.0 object library reference. I am also seeing this
problem on a Mac running Office 2004.

Please help.
