You must have 12.2.3 in place first. It won't go in if 12.2.3 is not
correctly installed in all applications.
It's a good idea to unmount (disconnect!) all volumes other than the boot
volume before running updates: the installer is a bit flaky.
Office must be in the Applications folder of the Boot volume. If you've
moved it, put it back! Again: this shouldn't matter, but often, it does!
It may help to run Disk Utility and Repair Permissions (before and after
installing the update. If the folders the installer is attempting to write
to do not have the correct permissions, the update will fail.

Any suggestions as to how to get the update to install? Downloading from the
internet doesn't work and going through Word 2008 doesn't work. Aargh!
