Just curious, I noticed that Outlook 2000 SR1 has only 40 bit cipher
encryption, not 128 like IE6 does. I found the 128 bit encryption for
Outlook 2000 here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=FCD97EAE-8B51-443B-
9170-B0CA8482DC89&displaylang=en
but it says that on Windows 2000 that this update is not necessary. Other
than the fact that W2K is more secure than W98, why would MS say this and
why doesn't Outlook 2000 SR1 have 128 bit encryption by default?
