16008 error

I receive a error at least once a day when using Entourage. It says the error
code is 16008. Once i receive it, I can no longer use Entourage without
logging out and back in. It has made Entourage useless. Does anyone
know what causes this? Our company uses Exchange, so I need Entourage
to see my calendar and receive invites.

That's a new one to me; numbers in that range are generally error codes
returned by the mail server.

What are you doing when the 16008 error occurs?

Does your company use networked home directories? I believe that Entourage
will generate this error if there is a Microsoft User Data folder alias
pointing to a network volume.
