I am running Windows XP Home and Word 2002 in Microsoft Office XP Small
Business. I added a new Administrator-type user to my system. If I try to
start Word in that user, I get a message saying "The feature you are trying
to use is on a CD ROM or other removable disk that is not available...Insert
Office XP Small Business..."
When I click cancel, I get a message "Error 1706...
The knowledge base talks only about 2000 and NT.
Word 2002 works fine for the other users on my system.
I'm a little nervous about inserting the CD-ROM without knowing why it's
doing this.
Can you tell me what is going on?
Thanks, Carol
