1and1.com Exchange dropped connection to Entourage 2008

My first post and wouldn't you know it - I need help :)

I've been using Entourage with 1and1.com Exchange server for a while now and a couple of weeks ago the connection dropped. I can still connect to Office Outlook Web Access but Entourage has nothing. My calls to 1and1 have been less than productive, the latest advice being to create a new account with the same settings. I held out some hope but that hasn't worked either.

So, anyone out there with the same problem?

Unfortunately Entourage no longer connects at all. This has been the case ever since the connection dropped a couple of weeks ago.

Can you login to OWA (Outlook Web Access) if yes check if you have the same
URL mentioned in the exchange server field in Entourage Account settings.
