1st copy prints fine, others do not

Hi All........
A Userjust ran across a problem. File prints fine for the first copy, and
garbage for the next nine. All other printing she does on that computer and
printer does fine, just this file........yet I print the file (getting it
from the same network directory)from my computer to the same printer and all
copies print fine.....
She uses WinXP, Excel 2k.....
I use WinXP, Excel 97 and 2002.....
HP Lazer printer.....

Any ideas would be appreciated........

An update..........
A third computer, WinXP, Excel 2002 prints the file, multiple copies just
fine, so we tried to print multiple copies of a different Excel file from the
User's computer and that second file also printed bad on the subsequent
copies. She says that she has been able to print multiple copies in the
past.....however now, any Excel file that she tries to print multiple copies
of, messes up.........and yet Word files print fine for multiple copies.....

Any ideas.........

Problem resolved.............MIS updated Printer Driver for that user's
computer.........all is good
