HELP?!? PC probs killing me!!

#1-Proper heading if sir/madam unknown?? (casual or formally?)
99.99% templates job related!

#2 how fix-File/Edit/etc normal opt list has opt but now grey,
non-functional?
Print needed most but 1st to go grey! WHY?!?! HELP!

3a)Outlook-can't answer 3A or B! BOTH ONLY with REPLY emails-
ANYONE know HOW FIX- when text changes from paragraph to fragmented!
EXP: partial sentnce >>>1-3 words >>>, etc! 5 lines now 3 text pages! WHY?!!
3b)No "Print" opt...have tried #1 "File" (print listed but now in the
non-functional, gray)! #2 Yes, tried Custom REPLY taskbar! Option not even
listed!!! HOW FIX?!?!
