2 calendars 1 for palm 1 for sharing need to make 1 and be able .

I have 2 calendars showing 1 is from my palm and 1 is for intraoffice
sharing. I can't get them to mesh as 1. I need them to be 1 calendar and be
syncable with my palm. the palm calendar will not allow the sharing option-
only the other one and the other one will not sync to my palm
