2 Calenders, 2 Seperate Reminder Schedules...

I know its possible to have 2 calenders simultaneously
althought it is only possible to trigger Reminders from
the Tasks of Deafault Calender folder.

I have heard there is 3rd party software to allow you to
launch reminders from any folder. Are there actually
any 'Built In' Fixes/Workarounds to this. ?

Making such an effort to allow users to view 2 calenders
easily in outlook 2003 would lead to the conclusion that
a valid deveopment route would be to have seperate
Reminders too.

Any help is appreciated.
