2 columns per page in Reports

I have a report that lists records from a query, however while there are many
pages only half the column width is used.

Can Access display the 2 sets of data side by side, i.e. using the full
width of the paper which when it comes to printing reduce the number of pages
or is this something that can only be done by the printer?

Thanks this worked, however on the right, there is no header and footer, do
you know why?

Paul,
Just make a copy of your column headers over on the right, and line them up with your
second column.
Only the Detail section "columns", so you have to manually "column" the headers.
