2 computers - 1 Exchange account

Hello, I have a user who has both a laptop and desktop for work. When she
sends emails from her laptop while connected remotely to the Exchange 5.5
server, some of those emails do not show up in her Sent Items folder in her
Outlook on her desktop PC in the office. This also happens at random - some
of those emails DO show up in the Sent Items folder. I have tried removing
and recreating her Outlook profile on work PC, plus temporarily disabling the
USE CACHED EXCHANGE MODE option, but nothing seems to work permanently. Our
workstations are running Windows 2000 SP4 with Office 2003 SP2. Any help
would be appreciated. Thank you.
