2 different dates to roll into 1

I have 3 different types of claims but only 1 day of hrs worked. How do I
get the data to compile but only read off of 1 work day.
Ex. 3 Types of entries possible by drop down box. They only work 8 hrs but
have 3 lines of entry they entered 200 reg and 200 decaf 100 mix, now in the
report shows 2 lines with 0 and the 1 line with 8hrs worked. I need to get a
per hr formula and can't get the 3 lines to combine under 1 day worked.
