2 different scales for one axis in excel

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I have a few data points that have values of 1-10 but one with a value of 1000. How do i create a Y-axis scale that is say from 1-15 and then from 800-1200? Is this possible on the same axis as I have seen figures with hash marks that separate the two scales.

You will have to plot the data as 2 series and use different Y axes.
