I've got a user with two email accounts setup. A is default and then
there is B. Both are internet POP accounts. Each has its own PST
file. All incoming email goes to A, but then a rule is setup so that
all incoming mail with the email address of account B gets moved into
the B PST file inbox. A is personal and B is business. What has
ended up happening, is that he has two calendars now with some
appointments in and others in the other. He wants just one. I know I
can copy the contents of one to the other, but going forward is there
a way so that Outlook will only use the one calendar? He makes and
receives many calendar requests so it has to be somewhat automatic.
