2 email accounts set up in Outlook

I have one user in my location that is having a problem with sending or
receiving email messages from his Exchange email account. He has two email
accounts one is an Exchange account and the other is from Post.Office, he is
using Outlook to retrieve both his emails. Post.Office is our Local email
system (which I believe the company is no longer in business) and the
Exchange email is in another office location.

Here is what I know:
I have 3 users who have email accounts that is through Exchange. 2 of the 3
users have no problem what so ever sending or receiving emails from both
accounts. the other user is having a problem, he can send and receive from
our email system (Post.office). When he sends messages from the Exchange
account they go into outer space, and he never receives email messages to
that account. He does not get any return message from Exchange server or
from the recipents mail system. He can send and receive from his other email
account. This user also has a Blackberry. I am not sure if this might be
the cause I did not set up his Blackberry or set up Exchange. So I have no
clue if it is causing this issue.

does any know with the information that I have given why this one users in
my office can not send or receive emails in the Exchange account? I can
get more informatin if need be. As far as I can see Outlook client has been
set up correctly.
