2 error messages when opening Outlook & virtual memory begins to i

I am getting the following 2 error messages:

- The extension "OutlookSync" has been disabled. MAPI32.DLL is missing.
This could have been caused by installing other messaging software. Please
reinstall Outlook.

- The operation failed.

*Plus, I my computer begins increasing my Virtual Memory.*

I get both messages and it closes. I have not installed any messaging
software.
