First, will Home & Student be loadable on up to 3 computers as was XP and
2003? Second, why did MS decide to exclude Outlook in favor of OneNote?

I don't own a copy of that so I can't reply with any certainty. I *assume*
so but until it's been released and I can read an official MS EULA, I will
