2? import from word & make home address default?

Hi,

1. Unfortunatley my computer crashed and I lost all my
contact data - I do have a file that was created with
word - labels - with names and addresses - Anyway to
import this back into contacts?

2. Anyway to make the default address and phone number go
into Home phone/address instead of business? I find that
I am entering data and then going to contact and it is not
there (it is always under business) - can these be
populated with the same data or as mentioned - make the
data go into the home section by default?
