2 Months Of Work Down The Drain :-(

Please help.........

I have been building a simple phone number database. Have added many number
through a form I created. So far so good...............I then decided to go
to tools/ Start up / and enabled the form to open automatically when the
user clicks on the icon on the desktop.

Still so far so good.......Then I thought I would be really clever and in
the start up options I removed the display menu's. For the user this makes
it very difficult to mess about and make any un-necessary changes to the
database.......However it also stops me modifying it!!.

I am now in a position where I can not do anything. There is a very basic
toolbar and that's it. I can not go into any queries, tables, reports, can
not go into design view anywhere.

I am really in trouble here. Any help and advice will be most welcome and
very appreciated.

Hold the Shift Key down while you are opening the database to bypass the
Startup options and get the standard Menubar so that you can go into Startup
options to modify these options.
