2 Outlooks - 1 Exchange Server account

Anyone know how to configure 2 separate Outlook clients
that are using 1 Exchange Server account, for
synchronizing offline folders? This is so that Outlook on
each PC are in sync with each other and the Exchange
server. One Outlook client is up to date, so I don't want
to overwite the OST file, when synchronizing, from the
Outlook client with folders that are not up to date.
