Many people have asked how to get a printed calendar with uncompresssed
weekends, and the standard response has been some variant of uncheck the
"Compress weekends" option.
I think the real question regards the printing of a 2 pages/month calendar.
Under Page Setup\Monthly Style, regardless of any other settings, this
calendar will start with Monday.
How can I print a 2 page/month calendar with Sundays as the first day of the
week?

My work week settings have all days selected.
My work week starts with Sunday.
My on-screen view of the monthly calendar shows Sun - Sat.
