2 pages per sheet

Yes, actually two ways. If you have full-size pages you want to reduce, you
can use the "2 pages per sheet" setting in the Print dialog. If you want to
set the document up with two pages per sheet to begin with, use the "2 pages
per sheet" option under "Multiple pages" on the Margins tab of Page Setup.
If you're trying to make a booklet, though, what you want is "Book fold" (or
see http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm).

Suzanne,
Thank you, yes it does work. I had done this about a year
ago but I could not remember how I did it.

There are actually two ways, depending on what you're trying to accomplish.
If you have full-size pages you want to reduce, you can use the "2 pages per
sheet" setting in the Print dialog. If you want to set the document up with
two pages per sheet to begin with, use the "2 pages per sheet" option under
"Multiple pages" on the Margins tab of Page Setup. If you're trying to make
a booklet, though, what you want is "Book fold" (or see

When you go to print and the menu comes up, look for the
zoom section directly above the OK button. There's an
option for "pages per sheet". Use the drop-down arrow
for several choices.
