2 part question

Guys, I have two questions, I did a search and found some info but not enough.
I am using Visio 2002 SP2.

I have a large network diagram I built for work. It is a diagram of the
sites I support. I has 80 or so sites on it. Each site contains a
hyperlink. How would I be able to share this document if the people I want
to share it with do not have access to my files? In other words...is there a
way to imbed the hyperlinked files into visio so the hyperlinks work no
matter who has the document.

my other question I saw some posts on already but I was looking for a little
more info. I have multiple comment boxes on each site. Some of which are
being cut in half. Is there any creative way around this? Does Visio 2003
offer more length for its tech tips?

Thanks

AFAIK the hyperlinks transfer to both the HTML output and the PDF creation
process.
Regarding the second question, yes v2003 does have more length for text
tips -- but.
If you used VENT to discover/create your drawing it is not supported in
v2003. A lot to
give up just for a tech tip.

Roger that Al, thanks for the info.

The drawing was created in Visio, and these Tech Tips are pretty much the
main reason for creating the diagram, so this limitation is becoming quite
annoying. But this will give me an excuse for my boss to upgrade my system.
Thanks again
