2 Problems - Edit and Editor

Hello. When I try to edit I using the database editor I get this message:

Database Results Wizard Error
Description: Syntax error in UPDATE statement.
Number: -2147217900 (0x80040E14)
Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine

One or more form fields were empty. You should provide default values for
all form fields that are used in the query.

I simply want to add the tray number field and this comes up. What can I do?

Problem 2#

How can I, on the top page of the database editor, make the add new record
button go to submission_form.asp instead or new.asp?
