2 problems

I have just started using Outlook and am having 2
problems. When I used outlook express I had 3 different
signatures set up for my business emails and
would "insert signature" at the end of each email. When I
try this in outlook it only inserts the "title" of the
signature I select not the content.

2. When I receive an email with imbedded images I only
get a box with a red X in it instead of the image. Does
anyone know how to enable the viewing of these images???

I can help you (I think) with problem 2, though not problem 1
You need an internet connection to display some graphics in Outlook. Some graphics are not physically part of the e-mail but are linked to an URL. So if you've hung up the phone from the internet connection, the e-mail message no longer can access the source of the image. (If you have a connection that's on all the time, I don't know what's going on!
