2 Questions 1.) newsgroup in Outlook 2.) Add shadows to image

Hello everyone,
I got a couple (hopefully) quick questions that hopefully
someone could quickly answer for me, so here goes....
1.) How do I add this newsgoup to my outlook express
newsgroups section? I think I need the News (NTTP) Server
name or address. I currently have news groups for autocad
so I know I can do this but I am not sure how.
2.) I have been trying to add shadows to my images (jpg
format) in frontpage 2003. But if I click the image
(the "stretch" buttons appear in the corners and middles)
then click the "shadow style" button, all shadows
are "greyed out". If I do the same proceedure with a text
box the shadows are greyed out and they work beautifully.
So my question is, how do I add shadows to a JPG image?
Are there any tips and or tricks (like does if have to be
in a table or something?

The news server is msnews.microsoft.com and this news group is:
microsoft.public.frontpage.programming. You could also type:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.frontpage.programming in your
browser and it will launch OE and then you just need to subsribe to the news
group.
