2 questions on option buttons

I just was wondering if anyone could answer 2 questions that I've never
been able to answer...

* With option buttons, when you load the userform, the firstone is
always automatically selected. How can I make it so that both buttons
are "blank"

* And, I have two option buttons in a program I have made. They are
naturally visible=false, however after doing certain commands they
become visible=true. When one option button is selected, they become
visible=false again. However, when they once again become visible=ture,
how can I make them be not selected again?
Is there a code for this?
